1. Overview

The Conexion platform uses a minimal number of cookies that are strictly necessary for the Platform to function. We do not use any tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.


2. Cookies We Use

3. Cookie Settings

All cookies used by the Platform are configured with security best practices:

  • HttpOnly: Session and CSRF cookies cannot be accessed by JavaScript, protecting against XSS attacks
  • Secure: Cookies are only transmitted over HTTPS connections (in production)
  • SameSite: Cookies include SameSite protections against cross-site request attacks

4. What We Do NOT Use

  • No third-party tracking cookies (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.)
  • No advertising or retargeting cookies
  • No social media cookies
  • No user behavior analytics cookies
  • No fingerprinting or cross-site tracking technologies

5. Managing Cookies

Because all cookies used by the Platform are strictly necessary or functional, disabling them will prevent the Platform from functioning properly. Specifically:

  • Disabling sessionid will prevent you from logging in
  • Disabling csrftoken will prevent you from submitting forms
  • Disabling django_language will reset your language to the default each visit

6. Third-Party Integrations

If your organization enables optional integrations (Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive), those services may set their own cookies when you interact with their authentication flows. Those cookies are governed by the respective service's cookie policies:
